1. How to Pay

After placing your order, we will send you our bank account details (account name, account number, and bank branch) via email.

You can make the payment using any of the following methods:

  • ATM transfer

  • Direct payment at a bank counter

📌 Note: Please ensure that your transfer includes the fixed shipping fee of 30,000 VND in the total amount.

3. Payment Confirmation

After you complete the bank transfer, please send us a payment receipt (photo or screenshot) through one of the following:

Include the following details in your message:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

This helps us verify your payment and process your order without delay.

4. Order Processing

Once we confirm your payment:

  • Your order will be processed and prepared within 1–2 business days.

  • If payment confirmation is not received within 3 days, your order may be automatically canceled.
