RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Elitefits, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below for clarity on how to proceed if you wish to return or exchange a product.


1. Notification & Return Timeline

  • Exchange/Return Notification: Must be made within 1 day of receiving the product (based on delivery tracking).

  • Return Shipping Deadline: Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the notification.


2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Must include all accessories, packaging, and promotional gifts (if any).

  • Customers must provide photo or video evidence (e.g., unboxing video) in case of defective or incorrect items.


3. Return & Exchange Fees

Mistake by Elitefits (wrong item, size, defect, etc.) Free of charge
Customer’s reason (wrong size selection, change of mind, dislike, etc.) 30,000 VND per exchange

Please note: We accept one exchange request per order only.


4. Refund Policy

If the customer requests a refund instead of an exchange, we will process the refund within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund Method: Bank transfer

  • Customers are required to provide accurate banking details when requesting a refund.


5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Support within 1 day of receiving the item via our hotline or email below.

  2. Submit your request including your order number and photos of the product issue (if any).

  3. After confirmation, return the product to the provided return address.

  4. We will process the exchange or refund once we receive and verify the item.
